About Regina Headshot Photography

The Process

Service is on-location; I set up in a space that works best or that you designate for the photography session. I provide direction and pose you during the session to capture a natural, confident, and engaging look. We work through a few shots to capture your perfect headshot.

Portable Studio

Starting with professional-grade cameras and lenses, lighting, diffusers, and reflectors are then strategically placed to create a compact photography studio area for headshot capture. I can work with whatever room is available, but a fairly open space with a good length and ceiling height is ideal.

The Finished Photos

Captured images are edited to produce a headshot that sparkles with an appealing but natural appearance. The default aspect ratio is a 4:5 portrait size, but you can choose a 1:1 square size or any other you prefer - just let me know. The default background is a nice off-white tone, but you're free to choose a specific color, canvas, or texture. You can also opt for a natural environment background. The high-resolution finished photos are digitally delivered for you to download.

Why Your Headshot Matters

Let’s be honest—when was the last time you Googled someone before a meeting, a sales call, or an interview? We all do it! And what's the first thing they see? Their photo. In seconds, that tiny image shapes your first impression. It signals credibility, confidence, and professionalism—or the opposite. Investing in a professional headshot isn’t vanity. It’s a strategy.

👉 You don't get a second chance to make a first impression.
On LinkedIn, your company website, or your email signature, your headshot is often the very first thing potential clients, employers, or partners notice.

👉 People trust faces they can see clearly.
Profiles with professional headshots build trust and generate opportunities. Your high-quality photo subconsciously suggests to viewers that "this person is real, approachable, and competent."

👉 Consistency builds recognition.
Using a great headshot across LinkedIn, social media, email, and your website makes you instantly recognizable. That familiarity breeds trust and keeps you top of mind.
